Can I use pumpkin gnocchi with a regular gnocchi soup? Or will that taste bad?

If by "regular soup" you mean some sort of chicken broth, yes the pumpkin flavored gnocchi will be compatible.
If not chicken broth, what did you understand for the soup?

I meant chicken broth as an alternative to a pumpkin purée base.
