I received a lovely bottle of saba as a gift. Any favorite recipes or suggestions?

Saba is based on grape must. It's kind of a poor man's balsamico except that paradoxicaly it's harder to find. Use a little over grilled meats such as lamb or even drizzle on grilled or pan fried tomatoes. Add some black pepper to finish.
