oyster stuffing - ok to make ahead and bake day of?
I want to make an oyster stuffing that calls for raw oysters. Should I bake fully today or is it ok to prep and refrigerate until Thursday without baking? Or prep everything but the oysters, then add and bake the day of?

Hi Alycia! My recommendation would be: Assemble the stuffing without the oysters and refrigerate until the day-of (unbaked). Then bring the stuffing to room temperature and mix in the oysters just before baking. Hope this helps and happy Thanksgiving!
