Will an uncooked, boneless turkey breast “roast” work for a recipe for a turkey roll that calls for a boneless butterflied turkey breast?

Hi Elizabeth! You likely need to butterfly the boneless turkey breast to get it to work for your turkey roll, but it sounds like you have what the recipe calls for (only not butterflied). Here's a good video on how to butterfly a turkey breast: https://www.youtube.com...

I think if the turkey breast is isn't flattened you might run into some issues, but I think it depends on the recipe! There's a good chance it should work, though, since they sound fairly similar. Sorry I can't be more of help, but I hope you have a lovely Thanksgiving!
