I made this last year with challah and it was delicious! This year I need a gluten free version...what are your thoughts on cornbread? Thanks so much!

Hey Christa! Is there a specific recipe you're referring to? I'd love to take a look if so! In any case, I'm sure using a GF option would work just fine.

I definitely think cornbread will swap in easily for brioche or challah. The textures are a little different, but they all have similar buttery, slightly sweet flavors. Let us know how it goes if you try it!
