It's 10:30 and my turkey is already done! Dinner is at 2:00. What can I do?

Cover it tightly with foil and let it sit on the counter and serve it with lots of hot gravy. If you leave it in the oven it will dry out. Do you have a warming drawer? You could wait maybe an hour, slice it and leave it there. If not I'd slice it and put it on an oven-safe platter on warm in the oven. Make sure your serving platter is nice and hot too.
