Help! My 18 lb turkey is done & dinner is not for 1.5-2 hours! Keep in turned off oven? On low oven? Thanks!

No need to panic! You can hold the cooked turkey for next 1-2 hours at room temperature, lightly covered with foil. When you're ready to serve, carve it, toss the meat gently with a little olive oil and salt and reheat it in a baking dish in a 250-degree oven.
