I am cooking a brined turkey and the turkey is spattering fluid out into the oven. Should I cover the turkey?

Hi Jason! Are you using high heat? This is normal for certain recipes (I've heard this happens with the Barbara Kafka recipe, here: https://food52.com/recipes/38997-barbara-kafka-s-simple-roast-turkey). If you don't mind a little oven cleanup, it should be no harm at all. If you cover the bird in foil it won't brown or give you the crispy skin you may be seeking. If your bird is browned to your liking and you'd prefer to cover in foil, it go for it!
