Hi Eileen—can you tell us more about what you're trying to get done in the same oven? The short answer is yes, as long as they fit and the temperatures are in the same range, but if you have more specific questions, let us know!
Sounds good to me! Just make sure to peek occasionally and rotate the sides if they're cooking/browning unevenly. The parts closest to the oven walls will get the hottest. And try to leave a little space between each dish to the hot air can circulate.
