I covered raw turkey in tinfoil, put in fridge, the next day is had green spots on the skin. What is that??

Could it be reacting with the foil? Are the green spots where the foil was directly touching the bird?

Sometimes as the skin's exposed to air and drying out, it can turn deeper colors, usually redder or more purple, but I'm not sure about green—can you post a photo?
