According to food safe regulations, turkeys need to stay at 40 degrees to keep bacteria from forming.
I took mine right from the fridge, stuffed it and right into the oven.
Turned out beautifully.
Hi Ira - You should bring your turkey out of the fridge to let it sit at room temperature for about an hour before it goes in the oven. Good luck and happy Thanksgiving!
