How to store different holiday cookies?

I'm making chocolate crinkle cookies, snickerdoodles, sugar cookies, gingerbread cookies, and brownie cookies. Most of these cookies are soft besides the sugar cookies and gingerbread cookies which are not hard but not extremely soft. I know to store them separate but which cookies should I store with bread and how much bread? Should i put the cookies in a freezer bag and then an airtight container or just an airtight container?

I would just do airtight containers or ziplock bags. Either way, wax paper between the layers. That's how we store all of the dozen or so cookies we make for Christmas.
