Sure! I'd cook it, cool it completely, wrap it well in plastic, then freeze it for up to a month. Take it out a day or two before baking and defrost in the refrigerator. Then remove the plastic, wrap in foil and cook in a 350 oven until warmed through. You can remove the foil for 15 minutes or so if you want to crisp it up a bit on top. Although I've never tried this with turkey tetrazzini....its my general method with freezing casseroles.
