I have a question about the recipe "Dead Guy Sauce" from ShoeboxKitchen. This recipe sounds great, but I would like to know if it can be made in advance and how long it will preserve.

I make a similar sauce (which contains fresh garlic) which keeps in the fridge for weeks without any problems!
Like Kmack says, it will keep for weeks in the fridge. We make it in advance quite often - sometimes serve it cold, but most often reheat it in a saucepan before serving.
