I have a question about the recipe "Rose Levy Beranbaum's Molasses Sugar Butter Cookies" from Genius Recipes. Would there be any problems with tripling this recipe? Thanks!
From reading this recipe, I wouldn't see much issue with tripling assuming you have the equipment to handle that much dough. For baking, I would only cook one cookie sheet at any given time. I would be careful of the temperature of the butter as well.
