I have a question about the recipe "Roasted Prime Rib with Sauteed Mushrooms and Mom's Creamy Horseradish Sauce" from Waverly. How should I adjust the temperature for using a convection setting?
Most convection stoves have the temperature conversion built in so no need to adjust.
We moved in to a house 3 years ago with a convection oven. I usually turn the temp down 25 degrees from the recipe. But we also got an oven thermometer to check the real temp of our oven.
Also use a meat thermometer
