how long do I cook a salt encrusted 20lb pork leg (with bone) at 500 degrees?

Im following Francis Malians recipe which calls for an 11lb pork leg cook for 1hr and 45 minutes at 500 degrees but if my leg is 20lbs how long should I cook? double? #porkleg#saltencrusted
