Beef Wellington Pastry Wrap

Hi! I'm making Beef wellington for Christmas dinner in a pinch and just realized that the puff pastry I bought does not completely cover the beef. It is 95% covered, but there are small holes on each side and a small slit down the length of the wellington where the beef is exposed. Will this break my dish? Should I try to roll out the dough further and rewrap it? Thanks so much in advance for your help.

You should be able to roll out the puff pastry to cover it completely....I'd go that route before cooking it with openings.
