Beef Wellington Pastry Wrap
Hi! I'm making Beef wellington for Christmas dinner in a pinch and just realized that the puff pastry I bought does not completely cover the beef. It is 95% covered, but there are small holes on each side and a small slit down the length of the wellington where the beef is exposed. Will this break my dish? Should I try to roll out the dough further and rewrap it? Thanks so much in advance for your help.
