I make chocolate sauce ahead of time and store it in a glass measuring cup in the fridge. It will harden, but you can heat it gently in the microwave a few seconds at a time, stirring in between. You only want it slightly warm, not hot.

Thanks. I was thinking about making chocolate meringues and a raspberry sauce so I could make the whole thing ahead. What do you think?
