Meat "loaf"

It's been 30 minutes in the oven.

I spread out a meatloaf mixture on a 13x9 in glass pan. Will an hour of cooking at a 350 degree temp be enough to cook it or would it be too much. It is 2 pounds of ground beef. It's not a loaf it's spread throughout the entire pan.

Probably will take an hour or so but you really need to check internal temp. Should be 160. You have to make sure you cook its cooked when dealing with ground meat
