Your recipe says "Heat a large skillet over heat heat" - please advise what level of heat you mean, high heat? medium heat?

You'd think that if the recipe is "test kitchen approved", the rather hilarious typo would have been caught, but here we are. Since you're going to sauté shrimp, I would guess that "heat heat" should actually be no more than medium heat. Too, the following instruction is to reduce heat to medium low.
