Mrs Patmore -- for guests last night, I made the Lime Posset with Graham Cracker Streusel.  I served Dorie Greenspan's 3-Ingredient Almond Crackle Cookies.  Both recipes are found on the Food52 website.  It was a great combination, and both are so easy and quick.
