Substitution for mustard greens

Am making this recipe:
Roasted Pork Tenderloin & Kumquat Sauce with Delicata Squash and Mustard Greens.
--mustard greens are not available...what would be a good substitution? Thanks.

Escarole is a great winter green. It would make a worthy substitute.

I would use another green such as kale or chard.
