A question about a recipe: Fresh Sriracha (aka, home made 'Rooster')

I have a question about the recipe "Fresh Sriracha (aka, home made 'Rooster')" from edamame2003. Should I remove the seeds or do they remain?

I think that it comes down to the question of the amount of "heat" that you want in the sriracha. If you leave the seeds in, that will increase the heat level; but since everything goes through a blender and then a strainer, no seeds should end up in the final product.
