Is this ground beef still save to eat

I recommend you consider a vegetarian version, and skip using that ground beef. Ground meat is always a higher risk for contamination, should be used within 2 days of purchase if you store it in the refrigerator. If you can't use it within that time frame, you really need to freeze it. Sorry, but your ground beef is no longer safe to eat.

When talking about food, I’d err on the conservative side and not eat it. When you consider the possibilities, better safe than sorry. Hamburger is cheap enough...
