My question is regarding expiry dates on ground beef

I have ground beef with an expiry date that's 4 days from today. I want to make a meatloaf and lasagna to be eaten with the next 7 days. If I make them and freeze them will they be alright to reheat new servings over the next week.

Karen - have a look at this useful site for info about freezing both raw ground beef and dishes with cooked ground beef.
