After the first rise of four hours and then overnight in the refrigerator do I bring it to room temperature before rolling out? Punch it?

Hi Judi,
Thanks for your question. It does helps to bring the dough to room temperature before rolling it out (no need to punch it down as that naturally happens when you're trying to roll it out). Although that saying I have rolled out it straight from the fridge. A bit more of a struggle as the dough is harder to work with. Thanks!
