How to reheat eggplant parm?

How do I reheat a precooked eggplant parm? Also if I realize I undersauced it can I add sauce? Finally, I was planning to add more parm on top but got pecorino Romano instead. Use or not??

If adding more sauce, put some in the container/dish to be heated, then the prepared eggplant parmigiana, then more cheese.
Yes pecorino romano is ok (some purists will demur).
Heat either in oven or microwave.
Oven will give better texture, microwave heated through but soft.
Optional...for a minute or two at end of warming up, run the dish under a broiler.
