A question about a recipe: Buffalo-Glazed Salmon With Blue Cheese Kale Salad

I have a question about the recipe "Buffalo-Glazed Salmon With Blue Cheese Kale Salad" from Eric Kim. I'm not a fan of mayo so I am wondering if I can use plain yogurt or Greek yogurt instead? Will it offer enough oily base? Thank you!

Hi Jenny, in that case, I'd actually just leave the mayo out altogether! Just fry the marinated (mayo-less) salmon in a tablespoon of butter or olive oil. Good luck.
