How long does a raw chicken sausage from butcher last

I bought a chicken sausage from a local butcher five days ago and totally forgot I had it. Is it still safe to cook or did I wait to long. It’s also a stuffed one that has cheese and tomato sauce in it if that makes any difference.

Raw meat sausage is only safely stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. So I would not recommend eating the one you have on hand. Sorry about that. Grinding meat exposes it to much more bacteria, and creates an environment that is more friendly for it to grow in. So any uncooked sausage needs to be cooked and eaten quickly. If you aren't likely to eat them in that time, then it's best to fully cook them - which gains you another couple days of chill time, or freeze, which gets you a few months.
