milk is milk. it does not list WATER as an ingredient.

Milk, like most of what we drink, is mostly water. Wine is mostly water. V8 juice is mostly water. Vodka is mostly water- though not by as much. It is not required that it be listed as an ingredient..

you have a misunderstanding. neither milk or cream has water added to it. when milk settles, after coming from the cow, the butterfat rises to the top and is removed. depending upon the product, the dairy will leave the milk as it is, or add different %s of fat, to make 1%, 2% milk, etc., or light, medium or heavy cream. that's a simple take on it. always remember, esp. when you are looking for basic info, google is your friend.

yes, i am familiar with the elements ;my parents did send me to jr.high through post grad so that i could be aware of them Both our answers are accurate. let's hope they helped him.

Well, OK, but water's not an element and the question wasn't which had more water added, hard to imagine a situation where it would be.
