Interesting question- I think the filling would tend to collapse some; I did actually make a pie using a Kladkakka recipe (without the flour, as I recall) for the filling, which would be pretty similar- it was, as expected, dense and very chocolate. A bit too much so, for a pie filling, by my tastes, but pretty good.
