To cook these chicken breasts in the oven instead of the slow cooker, set the oven temperature at 200 degrees and otherwise follow the recipe. Be aware however that there's a lot of variation in ovens, and in slow cookers, so you'll want to check the temperature of the chicken breasts regularly. I'd even check a bit early, when I flipped the chicken breasts the first time, and regulate the cooking from there. it's easy to overcook chicken breast, as I'm sure you know.
