Hello, I couldn't find mochiko flour in the asian grocery nearby. Any possible substitute, or shall I just find another fried chicken recipe? Thanks.

Sweet rice or glutinous rice flour is the proper name for the product you want. Mochiko is the brand name. It's possible you might find it at the Oriental store easier using that term. Unfortunately there isn't a great substitute, and regular rice flour won't work- in case you wondered. It's got a higher starch content than other types of rice, even cornstarch. Your best substitutes would be potato flour- not potato starch though, or possibly tapioca flour. Unless you are wanting to make this tonight, it might be worth it to order some online. It's pretty useful to thicken sauces, so it doesn't have to be taking up valuable space and sitting unused on the shelf.
