Spectrum Asian Stir Fry Oil. Can I use this to roast vegetables at 400 degrees? Or use only for stir fry?

Spectrum says that their Asian Stir Fry Oil contains soy, peanut, and sesame oils. If you're worried about smoke points, I'd look at this chart and see how you feel... http://en.wikipedia.org...
