How would/could this recipe translate into Mini muffin sized pies?

Would this recipe be amenable to making in a mini muffin tin? Any recommendations on ingredient tweaks or times?

Hey Beth, that sounds so cute! Mini pies might be hard to assemble/remove from the pan, so maybe a standard-size muffin pan would be easier to try out first? I'd follow the same method (freeze the crust in the pan, then fill and bake), but start checking the pies after 10-ish minutes. If you give it a try, please let me know how it goes!
