Preferring boneless/skinless thigh(would be nice to find boneless with skin), how would one adjust the cooking to get a nice browing on the thighs?

If you want boneless chicken thighs with the skin attached, why don't you just purchase bone-in thighs and debone? Very easy to do. Save the bones in the freezer until you have enough to make chicken stock.
