As I understand the dish (not profoundly) it would require some fairly specialized equipment to make "authentic" shawarma, such as you'd find in a restaurant or street stand, but a recipe search on this site will give you a few recipes for home style versions, and other sites will have more.
Smaug is right...to reproduce at home what you would get as street or restaurant food requires special equipment. See on-line or bricks and mortar stores for either home rotisserie machine or (surprise! they have them!) a home shawarma appliance.
