Yes, you can. In fact, Dutch Baby is better if you let it rest overnight before baking and a good many recipes will say to do so if you can. They will be more tender and puffy.

Yes, it reheats nicely in a toaster oven. It's just better when it is consumed a few minutes after cooking. It should be eaten the day it's made.
