I'm curious which gluten-free flour or flours you used for this recipe. Was it one of the King Arthur GF all-purpose flour mixes? If so, which one?

Hi! I've tried this with both KAF GF flour (https://www.kingarthurflour.com/shop/items/gluten-free-flour-24-oz) and Cup4Cup (https://www.cup4cup.com/)—but note that the Cup4Cup has dairy in it.
