Steam rack is not in the steps, is it fine for the loaf tin to touch the water?
Hello, steam rack is not mentioned in the steps. Is it fine for the loaf tin to touch the bottom of the pot (and the water)? Thanks.

It’s fine for the tin to touch the water. The mixture itself is being steamed and protected inside the tin, however at home we generally use a large bowl inside the pot.
