What do I bake this no-knead bread in/on if there are two loaves? I only have one Le Creuset pot.

Are you making the Jim Lahey recipe? Baking in the covered Dutch oven does make quite a difference, I would bake one then the other, it’s not a super long bake time I think maybe 30 minutes? Won’t hurt the second loaf to rise a bit longer.

I agree with aargersi.

I'd put the proofed dough in the fridge while the first loaf is baking, to keep it from over-proving. I'd also leave the lid in the oven during the uncovered portion of the first bake, as the hot lid makes a difference. ;o)
