moosewood low-fat chocolate cake
this is supposed to be a very good cake. would like to know if anyone has had it. any idea how to determine the calorie count for the entire cake?
• 1 1/2 cups unbleached AP
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup oil
• 1 cup cold water or coffee
• 2 tea pure vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

This is called "six-minute chocolate cake" in the Moosewood books I have and it's quite good and incredibly quick and easy as the name suggests, a family classic for me. It's even better with a chocolate glaze as here: https://moosewoodcooks.com/2013/11/six-minute-vegan-chocolate-cake/
