Any yogurt recommendations? They all taste so different. Which one would work best with this recipe?

Hi! Any plain yogurt will work. Greek is great if you're looking for a thicker dressing.

Probably any would work here.
My personal preference for both eating and cooking is full fat plain yogurt (any brand) or same for Greek yogurt.
Your body needs fat, and the amount in even plain yogurt is small (about 3%).
Plain yogurts also have fewer additives...sugar, stabilizers, gelatin, which some people like to avoid.
