Probably any would work here. My personal preference for both eating and cooking is full fat plain yogurt (any brand) or same for Greek yogurt. Your body needs fat, and the amount in even plain yogurt is small (about 3%). Plain yogurts also have fewer additives...sugar, stabilizers, gelatin, which some people like to avoid.
