How do you make the cream sauce?

Is the only ingredient whole milk? Is there a recipe for it somewhere else?

3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons butter, 1.5 cups milk.
Melt butter, stir in flour over medium heat and cook for a few minutes. Add milk little by little, stirring. Heat and stir until it thickens .
Also called white sauce or bechamel.
