One thought...if you’re looking for a replacement because you can’t find apple cider, you might use regular apple juice. It’s the same thing, just that cider isn’t filtered.
The apple cider adds moisture and sweetness, also acting as a binding agent for the bars in this recipe. I use Almond Milk or Oat Milk as substitutes, which work great! They are still a staple in my house!! Enjoy!!
