And if you want to keep fresher longer than a couple days, bag up and seal, and store in freezer... not the refrigerator. Refrigerators will allow baked good to go stale very quickly, a freezer does not (just don't store more than a couple months in the freezer or you might get freezer burn).
In general storing baked goods in plastic or in an airtight container, once they are cool will help keep them fresh longer than sitting in the open air.
