How long does the sorbet keep for?
Should this be served immediately, or can I make this a few days ahead of serving?

Hi! I’d say it’s best the day of but you could probably make it a day in advance and let it sit out a bit before scooping. Since there is not much volume of sugar to water I’d worry that it would freeze into a block.
