Mold on cake plate- how to clean

Make sure to kill the mold with oxygen bleach or peroxide first. This should also remove the mold stains from your china or glass plate. If not and you have a clear or coloured glass with a non painted coating, you can use an SOS pad or steel wool. If you have a porcelain or china surface use a bit of peroxide or oxygen bleach and mix with a small amount of toothpaste (not gel) and let sit on the stain until completely dry, a day or so.
