I cannot use bullion cubes due allergies? What can I use as a substitute?

I get Better Than Bouillion (low sodium/reduced sodium) jars from the store. They have chicken, beef, garlic, turkey & also vegetable. It keeps in the fridge for a long time.

Buy from grocery store, butcher store or restaurant supply.
Or make from scratch:
#1 boulangere's recent recipe in a hotline thread;
#2-5, and 6-500 vegetable base for broth; veg broth; chicken broth; beef broth (just a small selection of hundreds of broth/soup recipes here):

Valerie, may I ask what you are making, and what sort (flavor) of cubes you are looking to replace?

I see recipes requiring bouillon cubes and I am allergic to soy protein that is in many of the instant cubes like Knox, etc. as well as in organic chicken and beef broths.

I hear you! I have the same allergy, seriously so. Too, cubes, regardless of the brand (including all the Better Than iterations and nearly all packaged stocks) are riotously high in sodium. Making one's own stocks is very easy and economical once you get in the habit. They can be frozen in bulk to use in soups, for cooking rice, and anywhere that cubes are called for. I commonly freeze some of a batch in ice cube trays to use for deglazing pans of whatever - cheaper than wine and better than water. Here is a recent thread about beef stock: https://food52.com/hotline/43846-how-to-make-bone-broth-i-bought-the-beef-bones-and-have-a-crock-pot, and another on vegetable stock: https://food52.com/hotline/43737-is-there-a-better-veg-stock-is-there-one-you-would-prefer. You will always achieve a better result yourself. Besides, anaphylaxis is such a drag.
